Warehouse Associate
SUMMARYThe Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of routine shipping, receiving, production and housekeeping tasks. Shipping tasks include picking, packaging and shipment of orders. Receiving tasks include loading and unloading truck shipments and stocking the warehouse shelves. Production tasks include material handling, computer operation, printing documentation and packaging of product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, recording shopping and regular deliveries.
- Moving and recording items and tracking numbers from receiving to storage areas.
- Sorting and placing items according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, customer id and warehouse section.
- Reading electronic customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, consolidated and/or shipped.
- Completing and printing customs declarations forms according to customer and specified carrier information.
- Relocating orders to a holding area or shipping.
- Using specialized computer software to perform listed responsibilities.
- Ensuring warehouse is accessible and safe.
- May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
- Organizing warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Physical Requirements - ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, lift materials up to 70 lbs.
- High School diploma or GED
- Related warehouse experience and/or training
- Ability to use specialized computer software.
Customer Service Representative
SUMMARYServes customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Answers phone, emails and Skype.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
